A couple times a week, I will post an image of beautiful man and do so because I grew up when it was shameful to look at another man and appreciate his attractiveness -- unlike my straight male peers who were encouraged to appreciate and celebrate the beauty of women. Many of the photos of the men I post are not even my "type"or in my preferred age range but I can see something sexy or alluring about them.
This is my way of saying to my 16-year-old self that you are okay and able to be all of you.
