Paul Ryan may seem like a cool, hip contemporary Gen Xer but his politics and polices about women are decidedly 19th century.  He's is a co-sponsor of the ridiculous Personhood bill in Congress, which defines life and personhood as beginning at conception, thereby prohibits the use of the pill and abortion under any circumstance.
