Watch this PBS segment on the innovative programs in the Bay Area to help African-American boys to succeed in school
Programs like this help the Oscar Grants of the world: poor, urban young men of color, who often don't grow up with their fathers present. Educational success, for all youth of today, is the key to successful lives.
