The SCOTUS ruling was devastating enough, with the Supremes ruling states do not have to implement Medicaid...paid for by the Feds, no less. Roberts OVERULED the Commerce Clause, and we may end up with FEWER Americans with access to healthcare. NOT the great victory we hoped for. SCOTUS if Romney wins? SCARY! What's wrong with the U.S.?!?!
