The un-wiseness of Newt: arresting "activist" judges

While I disagree with that harsh meme that has been going around about Newt, "Newt is a dumb person's idea of a smart person ," after his recent comments, now I question his wisdom and allegiance to the Constitution even more (in addition to his ethics, his divisiveness, his leadership qualities). He's dangerous and not fit to be president.

BTW: I like how conservatives label judges they disagree with as "activist" judges, but say nothing when their "activist" judges equate corporations with people or overrule states' rights in Bush Vs. Gore, etc...
