The foes of marriage equality are targeting a GOP New York State senator who provided us the winning votes to pass gay marriage in June: Mark Grisanti. Also, Democratic Patrick Murphy sponsored and spear-headed the legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives that repealed DADT. In last November, he lost his House seat to a socially-conservative Tea Party candidate who opposed the repeal of DADT. Now, Patrick is running to be the next attorney general of Pennsylvania and our community should do anything we can for him, including giving money.
